1. Who We Are

The controller is Systemorph Cyprus LTD, Patriarchou Grigoriou, 32, 1016, Nicosia, Cyprus. Contact: privacy@vizo.tech.

2. What We Collect

Account registration. If you register with the Services through our website at https://vizo.tech/, or through a separate subscription agreement with us, then as part of such registration we will ask you to provide certain personal data, including your name, your company name, your email address and password. If you create an account or log into the Services using third-party services, such as Google, we will receive your name and email address and/or phone number as permitted by your profile settings on the third-party service in order to authenticate you. The information we receive when you authenticate through a third-party service depends on the settings, permissions and privacy policy controlled by that third-party service. You should always check the privacy settings and notices in the relevant third-party services to understand what data may be disclosed to us or shared with our Services.

Communication with Vizo. We collect personal data that you voluntarily give us when you contact us with inquiries (including by filling out relevant forms on our websites), engage with our chat bot on the website, respond to one of our surveys, contact our customer support regarding a problem you are experiencing with the Services or otherwise contact us regarding the website or the Services.

Transactions. We collect details of transactions you carry out using the Services including information you provide to enable us to fulfill your orders, which may include financial information such as your credit card number. As a paying user of the Services, we will receive your payment transaction details (for example, your name, the amount paid and the date of payment).

Payment Information. We collect billing and other payment information (for example, if you sign up for a trial, a paid service or purchase a Third-Party Service), including payment method details, such as credit card number.

Additional Payment Information. You may choose to provide additional information such as your VAT, additional billing address or name of the entity that you represent.

Identity Verification. In some cases (for example if you request a refund) we may ask you to provide us information such as your billing information (name, transaction ID, last 4 digits of the credit card associated with the account, billing date, etc.), email address, login name, and if needed, information that verifies your identity, in accordance with applicable law.

Website analytics and error monitoring. We use analytics and diagnostic tools to understand how visitors use our website, monitor its performance, and identify and resolve technical issues.

Depending on the features enabled, we may collect:

  • Usage data, including pages visited, referring pages, clicks, navigation paths, interactions with website features, and the dates, times, and duration of visits.
  • Technical data, including browser type and version, operating system, device type, screen resolution, language settings, and page performance information.
  • Identifiers, including cookie identifiers, user identifiers, and session identifiers used to associate interactions and errors with a particular visitor or session.
  • Diagnostic data, including error messages, stack traces, the page and time at which an error occurred, and the interactions preceding the error.

We use this information to evaluate website functionality, understand usage patterns, troubleshoot errors, and improve website reliability and user experience. We may engage analytics and error-monitoring service providers to process this information on our behalf.

Where required by applicable law, we obtain your consent before activating non-essential analytics cookies or similar tracking technologies.

Session replay. We may record interactions within our website, including page navigation, clicks, scrolling, and changes to displayed page content, to reconstruct user sessions and investigate usability issues and technical errors.

Search analytics and indexing services. We may use third-party providers of search analytics, search engine results monitoring, and indexing services to deliver and evaluate our services.

Depending on the service provided, these providers may receive or process website domains and page URLs, brand names, keywords and search queries, target countries and languages, search result positions, page titles and snippets, indexing status, and technical information relating to submitted pages and requests.

This information may be supplied by our clients or obtained from publicly accessible websites and search results. Where submitted information or public content includes personal data, such as names or contact details, that data may also be processed as part of the relevant analysis.

Cloud hosting and infrastructure. We use third-party cloud hosting and infrastructure providers to host and operate our website and related services, store data, and support service availability, performance, and security.

Depending on the infrastructure used, these providers may store or process account and contact information, information submitted through our website or services, and technical data such as IP addresses, request timestamps, and server, access, and error logs. Data may also be included in backups used for service continuity and recovery.

These providers process personal data on our behalf to deliver the hosting and infrastructure services we use, subject to applicable contractual and data protection requirements.

Service and marketing emails. We use third-party email delivery and marketing service providers to send service-related communications and marketing emails.

These providers may process your email address, name, communication preferences, subscription status, and information included in the messages we send. They may also process delivery records, bounce reports, unsubscribe requests, and spam complaints.

Service communications. We send emails necessary to operate our services, such as account verification messages, sign-in links or codes, security alerts, and important account or service updates.

Marketing communications. We may send newsletters, product updates, and promotional offers where permitted by applicable law and, where required, with your consent. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link included in those messages. Unsubscribing from marketing emails does not prevent us from sending necessary service communications.

Our email service providers process personal data on our behalf to deliver and manage these communications.

3. Data retention

We retain your personal data for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Services and fulfil the transactions you have requested, complying with our legal obligations or for other legitimate business purposes, such as maintaining business and financial records, resolving disputes, maintaining security, detecting and preventing fraud and abuse, and enforcing our agreements. After the applicable retention period has elapsed, your personal data will be anonymized or deleted.

4. Your Rights

You can ask us to give you access to your personal data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its use, or send it to you in a portable format. You can withdraw consent at any time. Write to privacy@vizo.tech. We reply within one month. You can also complain to the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection in Cyprus or to the data protection authority where you live.

Team members: if your account belongs to someone else's Team, some requests (for example, deleting Team Projects) may need to go through the Team owner.

5. Cookies

We use necessary cookies to keep you logged in and secure, and cookies for payments. Analytics and session recordings run only after you accept them in the cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time via Cookie settings in the footer or in your account menu. Details are in the Cookie Policy.

6. Security

We have implemented physical, technical, and administrative security measures designed to protect the confidentiality of personal data we process. The Internet, however, cannot be guaranteed to be 100% secure, and we cannot ensure or warrant the security of any personal data you provide to us. It is your responsibility to protect the security of your login information.

If you know or suspect that your personal data have been lost, stolen, misappropriated, or otherwise compromised, or in case of any actual or suspected unauthorized use of your Vizo account, please immediately contact us by email at privacy@vizo.tech.

7. Children

Our Services are not directed to children who are under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under the age of 18. If you have reason to believe that a child under the age of 18 has provided personal data to us through the Services, please contact us at privacy@vizo.tech and we will endeavor to delete that information from our databases.
