XAC is Vizo's usage credit. You spend XAC on actions such as SERP checks. Every plan includes a monthly XAC allowance, and the cost is shown before you run an action. Viewing saved results is free.
Unused monthly plan XAC expires at the end of its billing period and doesn't roll over. Top-up XAC is valid for 12 months from purchase, even if your subscription ends. Plan XAC is always used first.
An action won't start if you don't have enough XAC. With an active subscription, you can buy a top-up of 10,000, 25,000 or 50,000 XAC, or upgrade your plan. Your saved projects and results stay available.
Every plan includes one seat. Additional seats cost $15/month each, with a total limit of 3 seats on Team, 5 on Business and 10 on Agency. Solo is limited to one user.
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately: you pay the full price of the new plan and start a new billing period. Your current XAC carries over, and the new plan's monthly XAC is added on top. Unused time on your old plan isn't credited. Carried-over XAC keeps its original expiry date. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.
Yes, at any time in Billing settings. Your plan stays active until the end of the paid period and won't renew. You can continue using unexpired top-up XAC afterward, but buying new top-ups requires an active subscription.
